Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to nearly any address in the United States, though some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain states.

When placing an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping method you select. Delivery estimates may be shown on the shipping quotes page, depending on the carrier you choose.

Shipping Time: Most orders placed by 3:00 PM EST (or 12:30 PM EST on Fridays) will ship by the next business day, provided the product is in stock. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship by the second business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Any shipping or transit time provided by September Seeds or other parties is only an estimate. We recommend ordering in advance to account for potential delays due to shipping or product availability.

Keep in mind that shipping rates for many items are based on weight, which you can find on the product's detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound according to our shipping partners’ policies.
